WoodenTimes Club – Personal Buyer Policy

This Personal Buyer Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions conducted through the WoodenTimes Club Personal Buyer Service (“Service”). By engaging WoodenTimes Club to source and purchase items on a client’s behalf, the client (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service

1.1 The Service allows Customers to request specific products not currently listed in WoodenTimes Club’s available inventory.
1.2 Upon receipt of such a request, WoodenTimes Club will use its discretion to source the requested product from one of its suppliers and, upon Customer confirmation of purchase, acquire the item on behalf of the Customer.

2. Order Process

2.1 Once a Customer confirms their intent to purchase a sourced item, WoodenTimes Club will immediately place an order with its supplier.
2.2 The Customer acknowledges that WoodenTimes Club acts as an intermediary in this process and acquires the item solely for the Customer’s benefit.

3. Non-Refundable & Final Sale

3.1 All purchases made through the Personal Buyer Service are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once confirmed by the Customer.
3.2 The Customer expressly acknowledges that WoodenTimes Club cannot return or cancel orders with its suppliers; therefore, all Personal Buyer transactions shall be deemed final sale.
3.3 No refund, credit, or replacement shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to Customer change of mind, dissatisfaction with fit, or shipping delays, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. Delivery & Risk

4.1 Delivery timelines are dependent upon supplier availability and shipping conditions. WoodenTimes Club shall not be held liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.
4.2 Risk of loss or damage shall transfer to the Customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier for shipment.

5. Authentication & Inspection

5.1 All products acquired through the Service shall undergo WoodenTimes Club’s standard authentication and quality inspection process prior to being dispatched to the Customer.
5.2 WoodenTimes Club makes no warranties beyond authentication and inspection and expressly disclaims responsibility for manufacturing defects or supplier misrepresentations, except as required by applicable law.

6. Acceptance of Policy

6.1 By submitting a request through the Personal Buyer Service, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms set forth in this Policy.
6.2 WoodenTimes Club reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
